What is the advantage of hand-stitching?

We use a method called "saddle stitch", using one thread and two needles. This ensures that, should a thread break, it will not unravel (as machine-stitching would).

Do orders ship the same day?

As our products are hand made to order, please allow 7 - 14 days for manufacture.

Is manufacturing time included in shipping time?

No, please allow 7-14 working days lead time for manufacturing. Shipping is via courier and generally takes between 1 and 5 days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

No, but we working on it.

Can we request other colours?

Please contact us with your request. If we are able, we would be happy to oblige.

Can we request one of your styles in a different size?

If it is possible, we will consider the request. There will, however, be a cost involved.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes, we do. However, with a custom design there is naturally a cost implication as well as a time constraints. Please contact us with your requirements.
