To properly care for leather, regularly clean it with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid soaking the leather and blot away any spills immediately. Condition the leather every few months to keep it supple, and store it away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.

If you received a incorrect, damaged or defective product, you can request a refund on condition that: 

A return is logged via email to info@carlcreations.com within 7 days.
The item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. 
The full delivery and return cost will be on Carl Creation's account.

We deliver in South Africa within 7 working days free of charge provided the order total is larger than R1500.00. If the order total is less than R1500.00 we charge a R80.00 delivery fee.
